my to do list is getting done!

Well not really but the high priority stuff (phase 1) is almost done.

 Since July 12th:

-Re-keyed all the locks

- pest control/maintenance 

- New water heater, water softener and plumbing work

-New gutters and downspouts

- mini splits and new boiler

-trees removed and trees trimmed

And... the last item of phase 1 is a fence in the front yard. Hopefully I didn't get scammed and the guy will do the work but I did give him a check for 750 which he promptly cashed. Cross fingers.
